Once you have been placed on a team, you'll need to begin thinking seriously about what you will share with others  – both inside and outside your team - through your CTI experience. You will be asked to lead your team in devotions, and you’ll also be sharing about your life and faith with people in the host culture. You need to do some work to prepare for these opportunities before you arrive to training.
